At A2Z Cash N Carry, we strive to provide the freshest food products; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 7 days of delivery. Please note that perishable goods must be reported within 24 hours to ensure quality standards and food safety.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team or visit our service desk with your order number to initiate a return request for food or bulk items.

  Return the Product

  Bring the items back to our warehouse location or follow the provided instructions for scheduled pickup of bulk grocery orders.

  Receive Refund

  Once the quality inspection is complete, we will process your refund to the original payment method or provide store credit within 3-5 business days.
